The Monroe Institute
Founded in 1971 by Robert A. Monroe, The Monroe Institute is a nonprofit educational and research organization dedicated to exploring the nature and potential of human consciousness. For more than five decades, Monroe has welcomed thousands of participants from around the world to experience immersive educational programs designed to expand awareness, foster personal growth, and encourage exploration through direct experience.
Today, The Monroe Institute offers residential retreats, virtual and online programs, guided audio experiences, and educational resources covering a wide range of topics related to consciousness, meditation, intuition, healing, and human potential. Rather than promoting a particular belief system, Monroe encourages participants to explore, learn, and draw their own conclusions based on personal experience. As Robert Monroe would say, "Go find out for yourself".
As an authorized Monroe Institute Outreach Trainer and Affiliate, I am proud to offer Monroe's Exploring Consciousness workshop through Sterling Consciousness Pathways. My own journey into consciousness exploration began at Monroe, and I remain deeply grateful for the experiences, education, and community I've found there.
