Your Trainer: Sterling Bailey
Creating a safe, supportive environment that invites exploration, insight, and personal transformation.
Sterling Bailey has dedicated much of his life to helping others learn, grow, and discover more of their own potential. For nearly two decades, he taught martial arts and Asian studies, guiding students as they developed confidence, discipline, and discovered abilities they didn't know they possessed. He also spent several years designing and delivering corporate training programs for professionals, further cultivating his passion for experiential learning and personal development.
Driven by a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others beyond his professional career, Sterling founded Cap for Kids, a volunteer-run nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families of children battling pediatric cancer.
A deep curiosity about the nature of consciousness and a quiet but unwavering belief that we are more than our physical bodies, eventually led Sterling to The Monroe Institute, where he found an experiential approach to exploring expanded states of awareness that resonated profoundly with him. His experiences through Monroe programs and ongoing personal practice have shown him the profound insight, healing, and transformation that consciousness exploration can inspire. He is passionate about sharing these tools with others and believes that our greatest teacher is our own direct experience.
